Dan Leising —

Vice President

Dan is the Vice President of Renu focusing passionately on Business Development, Operations, and customer service. Teambuilding, customer relations, developing processes and coaching has been the foundation of Dan’s success over the years. Dan began his career in the construction industry for his family-built golf and tennis resorts in South Texas. Developing a passion for Hospitality he went on to study Hotel and Restaurant management at St. Phillips and the University of Houston. After 15 years in the industry, he transferred his attention to the HVAC industry and joined Advent Air for the next 17 years as Vice President focusing on new construction and retrofit replacement.

During his tenure, the organization was named 2014 “Contractor of the Year” by Contracting Business Magazine as the #1 rated mechanical contractor in North America. He later went on to join one of the largest renovation contractors in the U.S. starting both the commercial and Hospitality renovation divisions while engaging clients in the multifamily vertical of the company. With a passion for customer service and satisfaction, developing and coaching young talent has been a focus throughout his career. Dan and his wife Susan now reside in the beautiful Texas hill country close to their 2 children and grandson. Dan enjoys hunting, fishing, playing golf and kayaking.
